The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (“MDX” or “Authority”), is requesting individual sealed Bid Packages in response to this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) from Contractors with the necessary qualifications, expertise and resources to provide the Work required for Construction Services of NW 82ND Avenue Reconstruction, Midway Pump Station
Conveyance Phase II, and NW 7th Street Connection (the Work).

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 20, 2019.
